Where we deliver We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future - sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.

How long will my order take? We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2-3 working days. Express delivery, where available, arrives the next working day if ordered before 1pm.

Delivery charges Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50 and all subscription orders. Orders below this threshold are charged at £3.95. Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.

What happens if I'm not in? Our courier will attempt delivery once. If you're not available, they will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Or you will receive and email from them with redelivery instructions. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period will be returned to us, and we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

My order hasn't arrived If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at info@juced.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy We want you to love every can. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Cooling-off period Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us within that 14-day window and we'll guide you through the process.

Conditions for return Because our products are consumable food and drink items, we can only accept returns where products are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns of any opened or partially consumed products, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged products If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund - whichever you prefer - at no cost to you. You won't need to return the damaged items.

Wrong item received If we've sent you the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we'll dispatch the correct item immediately. We'll also cover the cost of returning the incorrect one.

How to start a return Email us at info@juced.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return postage? If you're returning an item under the 14-day cooling-off period, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit. If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the cost in full.

When will I receive my refund? Once we've received and inspected the returned goods, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to process the payment.

Subscription orders If you're on a subscription, you can pause, amend, or cancel at any time before your next order is dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch will follow the standard returns process above.
