By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product from JUCED Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

We are JUCED Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16009192 with our registered office at 101 Times Square, Hooper Street, London, E1 8GE. References to "JUCED", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to JUCED Ltd.
3. Our Products
JUCED Ltd sells canned protein drinks and related nutritional products via our website. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual packaging may vary slightly. Nutritional information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publication - always read the label before consuming.
Our products are intended to complement a healthy, balanced diet and active lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have food allergies, intolerances, or any underlying health condition, please consult a medical professional before consuming our products.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from JUCED Ltd.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and any other methods listed at checkout. We do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping options, where available, will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery - please inspect your order on arrival and notify us of any damage or missing items within 48 hours. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, any re-delivery costs will be your responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To do so, please contact us within that period.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via your original payment method.
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Our products contain active ingredients. Please refer to the product label for full guidance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including the JUCED name, logo, product designs, text, and imagery - is the property of JUCED Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUCED Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit or revenue, or any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow product instructions or seek appropriate medical advice. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the effective date shown. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
